BIOGRAPHY:

Disguise was born in the summer of 1998, but only found the right stability to full-heartedly compose new songs with the arrival of new drummer Aiwass in the summer of '99. In January 2000, the band recorded atwo songs that allowed them to take part in a few important Metal festivals (e.g. sharing the stage with famous Italian bands like Aborym, Horrid, Natron, Novembre, Sadist, Undertakers and White Skull). In February 2001, Disguise realized their first MCD: "Impetus Mali/Mors Fidei". The MCD contains 5 new songs plus one ("A Dreary Night Of November") extracted from the old promo, for a total listening time of 32 min. The MCD received very good reviews in magazines, webzines and fanzines worldwide. In November 2001, Disguise won the "Total Rock Contest ", a nationwide competition organized by Metal Hammer. Disguise is also a member of the Italian Metal Alliance (I.M.A.). In December 2002, Disguise entered Half Moon Studios in Bari, for the recording of "Human Primordial Instinct", their first self-produced full-length album. Lyrics of this album denote the present state of man, obliged by morals and false ethics to lose his true "humanity". But there is an alternative to the wrongful passivity of human deeds. "Human Primordial Instinct" examines this topic in three steps:
1- "Mens Obscurata Dole": the human mind is obscured by deceit of promises never fulfilled, by deceit of words that taste of lies. Man follows the others, erring. This is the greater mistake of man, living without being conscious of it.
2- "Nostra Humana Resurrectio": another way of living exists, where man is master of his fate. It's necessary to go back into the past, to remove eras of moral repression. It's necessary to retake control over "Human Primordial Instinct"; this is our human resurrection. Every man can awake from this modern day limbo in order to come back to a real state of life.
3- "Settima Proposizione: Il Resto È Conseguenza"(Seventh proposition: the rest is consequence): Everyone can do whatever he wants to do, but baring the consequences of his own actions. "Il Resto È Conseguenza", the seventh and last written contribution against christianity written by Nietzsche on 1888 in "Antichrist", summarizes this concept.
