In less than no time, they succeeded in offering a non-traditional Death Metal that mixes typically extreme sonorities with other more experimental sounds. Soon after its creation, the band realized its first demo-tape entitled "Lightfull Experience". Dissatisfied with the results obtained with the previous effort, the band returned to the recording studio on year later in order to record a second demo ("Inhumanculture"). Unlike the first one, this demo caught people's attention and several Metal magazines welcomed it warmly or even put a track on compilations (e.g. "Into The Underground Vol.4" distributed by Whiplash Productions). In 2000, Love Forsaken decided to record the six- track mini-CD "Dead Sun", so the band's new line-up visited GEM Studios in Vicenza. The new effort evidently demonstrated the band's decision to dissociate itself from typical Death Metal sonorities and was well acclaimed by the press. With the recording (in November 2001) of "Suddenly Loki Faces" at Marino De Angeli's Majestic Studios, Love Forsaken had the opportunity to introduce their music in the rest of the province as well as all over Italy on a multitude of stages and at many contests. "Suddenly Loki Faces" undoubtedly represents an important chapter in Love Forsaken's history, heralding the departure from a dreamy and experimental stage toward warped and dark songwriting but nevertheless preserving the stylistic identity of the band. This turnaround also profited greatly from the production, which was the first to actually do justice to the Love Forsaken sound. August 2004 saw the band record their first full-length album "Sex, War & Prayers". Again, Marino De Angeli's Majestic Studios were the place of choice for the recording sessions. Early 2006, Love Forsaken decided to hire a professional management and chose Hardebaran to help them release their new production.
